To get a new passport, you’ll need the following documents:
Proof of identity, such as your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID. You’ll need both the original and a clear photocopy.

Once you’ve applied to replace your lost passport, you can expect to wait 6 weeks for the new passport to arrive in the mail if you’ve selected normal processing, and 3 weeks if you’ve selected expedited processing.

This office can issue a passport within 24 hours if you have a travel emergency. In addition to the documents listed above, you’ll also need to bring a copy of your itinerary to prove that you intend to leave the country within the next 2 weeks.
