Proof of Travel

The following are guidelines for proof of travel:

• An electronic ticket with an airline or e-mail confirmation
• A reservation with an airline
• A reservation with a travel agency
• A letter on company letterhead
  
  Must include:
  • Anticipated dates of business travel
  • Brief statement describing the nature of business to be performed
  • Signature of someone in your organization other than yourself
• Tentative Travel Itinerary
  
  If you have not finalized your travel arrangements you may create a tentative travel itinerary on a travel website, such as www.priceline.com or www.expedia.com. This itinerary may be used to process your passport application.
