Collect the citizenship evidence, identification, photo, and forms your specific passport service requires.
Complete any required in-person witnessing at an acceptance facility, then send your sealed documents to our office for processing.
We match you to the fastest option for your travel date.
*Turnaround starts once your application is received.
Routine or Expedited Service
If you're using the routine, standard filing process, you can contact an acceptance facility directly to apply. If you're expediting your passport with The Passport Office, start online or at our Tampa office. Only new Form DS-11 applications require in-person witnessing at one of these facilities.
When witnessing is required and expediting with us, the facility returns your documents in a sealed envelope to ship direct to us. Eligible renewals do not need to visit these facilities.
